The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. the rooms were cheap, beautifully maintained, and included amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. - Replacement coffee was provided. - the proximity to Whole Foods Market, which serves fast food, was a plus.

We had a great stay in this pet-friendly hotel. The staff was amazingly nice and very pleasant, always on hand when needed. The room was well cleaned and cheap with microwave and the refrigerator, as example, thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything seemed great, clean.

The room was spacious and had a microwave, coffee replacement, and a fridge, which made it super convenient. 😊 Slept really well here. All in all, everything was great.

room incl. bathroom are very old. breakfast is very spartan, one should rather have breakfast outside. every time we wanted to get into the room, we had problems with the room cards, must have happened more often, as the lady at the reception knew immediately what to do.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel's incredible location near casinos, beaches, parks, and a local grocery store. The room was affordable, beautifully maintained, and came with replacement coffee, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The staff were helpful from start to finish. The service offered was good.

The woman at the check in desk was very, very nice. We live in Reno and we stayed there because we had been invited to attend the birthday party of a friend so none of the above would describe our classification of the hotel.

The room was better than I expected from the reviews on line. Beds are comfy, with extra pillows to boot! The bathroom was clean (though a bit tight), complete with the necessary toiletries. There was even a friendly sign informing occupants about availability of additional toiletries in case you forgot one. Cute. Clincher for me was the staff. During our stay, front desk person was Chuan, who was very accomodating, very friendly, served as our guide as to where the best tourist spots were. Even arranged for our sightseeing boat cruise! Location was great too! It's close to shopping areas, restaurants, casinos, and tourist spots.

Super friendly service. hot tub availability. HBO/cable tv. Continental breakfast is nice touch but should offer more choices of baked breads and cereals. Location is incredible, very close to Heavenly Ski Resort, Breakfast/Dinner restaurants, CVS, Safeway, Bank of America. $10 per night for pets is a bargain.

As a pet friendly hotel, I was surprised that we were given a "different" room once we informed guest services upon arrival that we had a dog. The room appeared clean but the toilet was leaking water and seeped into the carpet near the bathroom entrance, leaving it soggy. Pillows were uncomfortable and the coffee maker did not have a hot plate to keep the coffee hot.

The service was great and there was convenient parking available.

This was a great little hotel & was real good value for money. Great location for all amenities & within seconds you were on the beach. Not only did we get vouchers for use in Heidi's next door for breakfast (fab breakfast) but you could also have a continental breafast at the front desk too. The staff were excellent & we found every one of them very helpful & always cheery. Will definately go back if we visit this area in the future.
